At Cure Allergy Clinic, we participate with most major insurance plans in the DFW area. Here is a list of insurances we take. Don't see your insurance company or self-paying? We provide competitive and affordable rates to you. While insurance plans vary, these are only average estimates and your cost could vary up to 30%.

Cure SLIT - Allergy Drops These are a form of desensitization to treat the root cause of allergies. Drops placed under the tongue from home.
There is a $150 sign up fee, and monthly membership of $70 per month afterwards until treatment is completed.
Insurance benefits do not apply, and these treatments do not go towards your deductible and are not billed via your insurance.

Allergy Shots This is a form of desensitization to treat the root cause of allergies. These are injections given once a week to once per month
To make your personal serum it costs roughly $450 on average per year per vial set (one time payment per year).
There is also a $14 admin fee per injection.
If you have not met your deductible. You insurance benefits apply and they may cover the majority of the cost for you.
